  You'd need to be a pretty thick skinned person to deal with this trades person. None of the messages I left were ever answered and after finally making contact by phone, my son received an abusive phone call in which he was reviled for using a previous contractor out of the area, and told that he wouldn't be given a quote unless their was a commitment to give Northern Beaches Roofing the job.

From quote to completion they were professional, courteous and on time, the job timeline, including additional skylights flowed smoothly.
